Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use this website. They are not the agreement that governs a paid Solvio service — that is a separate document you would sign before we start work.

Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Solvio Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 58 698 983 112), trading as Solvio AI, of Sydney, New South Wales. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “Solvio” mean that company, and “you” means the person using the site.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms are not the service agreement

Reading this site, submitting an enquiry, or starting a free trial conversation does not create a contract for services. If you engage Solvio, a separate written service agreement governs that work — including scope, service levels, fees, data handling, and termination. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the service agreement wins for anything about the service itself.

Using this site

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaches someone else's rights.
  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms, or submit someone else's personal details without their knowledge.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its underlying systems, or any data it holds.
  • Interfere with the site's normal operation, including by automated scraping, bulk form submission, or denial-of-service activity.
  • Copy, resell, or systematically extract our content for a competing commercial purpose.

We may suspend or block access to the site if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

Information on this site

The content here is general information about our services. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your situation, and it should not be relied on as though it were. Whether any Solvio service suits your business depends on facts we would need to discuss with you.

Tools such as the missed-call calculator produce estimates from the figures you enter. They are illustrations, not forecasts, and the results should not be treated as a projection of what your business will earn or save.

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete or free of errors at any given moment.

Pricing and availability

  • Prices shown on this site are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
  • Published prices are current at the date shown and may change. The price that applies to you is the one in your written quote or service agreement.
  • Fair-use allowances and overage rates apply to voice plans as described on the pricing page.
  • Some services are described as being in controlled rollout. Those are quoted on request and scheduled as capacity allows — they are not available for immediate self-serve purchase, and we say so on the page rather than leaving you to find out.

Enquiries and trials

When you submit an enquiry we use your details to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We aim to reply promptly but do not guarantee a response time.

Free trials are offered at our discretion, on terms we agree with you before the trial starts. A trial can be ended by either of us at any time.

Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics, and code of this site are owned by Solvio or used under licence, and are protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may view, download, and print pages for your own business assessment of our services. Any other use — reproducing, republishing, adapting, or distributing our content — needs our written permission.

“Solvio” and our logo are our trade marks. Other names and marks on the site belong to their respective owners, and appear only to describe integrations or compare services.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party website, we do so for information. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site, or these terms, at any time. Continuing to use the site after we change these terms means you accept the updated version, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

Liability

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, where it cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer under that law, you keep those rights regardless of anything written here.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows: we provide this site “as is”; we exclude implied warranties about the site; and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity arising from your use of this site. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant information or the cost of doing so.

This clause is about the website. Liability for a paid Solvio service is dealt with in the service agreement for that engagement.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. It forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
