Pricing questions
Is there really no setup fee?
No setup fee on any voice tier. You pay the first month, we build and configure the agent, and it goes live on your real line. The two-week trial happens before any of that.
What happens if we go over the included minutes?
You are billed the overage rate for the minutes above your plan — $0.39 per minute on Text-back through Qualify, $0.35 on Operate. We publish the rate rather than selling unlimited, because unlimited plans get funded by someone and it is usually the customer who barely uses them.
Which plan will we end up on?
Most trades and clinics land on Qualify. Capture suits businesses whose calls are mostly straightforward enquiries. Operate is for teams who want the job to appear in the system they already use.
Can we start smaller?
Yes. Text-back at $79 is a genuine option if you are not ready to put an AI voice in front of customers — a missed call becomes an instant SMS, and you can move up whenever you want.
Do you charge for the trial?
